CLUBHOUSE
Clubhouse - available as a private venue on Saturday & Sunday nights
- cost is $30/hr for pass holders and $50/hr for non-pass holder

COURT BOOKING RULES:
1. During any day of the week an individual is allowed to advance book a maximum of two hours indoors.
2. Prime time is on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6 to 9 PM in the indoor courts
3. Individuals (members/non-members) can advance book a maximum of four hours during prime time each week. This number will be subjected to change overtime.
4. Non-members can book only two (2) days in advance. Members can book seven (7) days in advance.
5. Members and non-members can book exceeding 2 hours of primetime play if the courts are open.
6. On days that are short (e.g. statutory holidays, days with Tennis Alberta tournaments or events utilizing the courts), advance bookings will be restricted to 1 hour per player/group to allow the most people to play. Same day bookings can exceed the 1 hour limit to maximum of 2 hours if the courts are open.

What is Prime Time Booking during Winter Season?
During Prime Time (6 to 9 pm Monday to Thursday)
Each Indoor Pass Holder has 3 options:
1) Play two times for 2 hours doubles play
2) Play one time for 2 hours doubles plus 1 hour singles
3) Play 2 times for one hour singles
Note: Ball machines or individual serving practice are not available during Prime Time.

- Unlimited booking depending on availability
- Same day booking If you have already used up your 2 one hour bookings, and find yourself with free time, and would like to drop in and play, call us and we will put you on the schedule, and highlight your name, so that by the time you get here the court is still held for you. (This same day booking does not count as one of your 2 allotted pre-bookings per week, or apply to Prime Time restrictions during winter season)

What are MY responsibilities as a Pass Holder?
- Cancel your court at least 4 hours prior to reserved court time if it becomes necessary. A $5 penalty will be charge if court is not canceled.
- The second time this is not done, booking privileges are suspended for the minimum of a week.
- Water only on the courts Please do not bring food, gum or beverages onto the courts.
- Pick up balls and tidy court before leaving.
